Hospitable does a lot out of the box - guest messaging, channel syncing, direct bookings. But its real power for a growing operation is the Hospitable Public API: it lets your properties, reservations, calendars, messages and reviews be read and controlled programmatically.

Here's the catch most hosts don't realize: Airbnb doesn't give hosts access to its API. It's locked to a small group of approved partners and the program is effectively closed - so you can't build anything directly on top of your own Airbnb account.
Hospitable can. As an official Airbnb partner, Hospitable connects to your Airbnb listings and exposes its own API - so the Airbnb reservations, messages and calendars you can't reach directly become fully programmable through Hospitable. It's the practical way to automate your Airbnb business (along with your Vrbo and Booking.com listings) without waiting on an Airbnb API invitation that realistically isn't coming.

That means we know the details that separate a demo from something you can actually rely on: authenticating with Personal Access Tokens and OAuth 2.0, refreshing tokens so a connection never quietly dies, and subscribing to webhooks so your integration reacts the moment a booking is created or changed.
