A 27-year-old NYC moving company wanted a site that felt premium without looking like a luxury brand - and that converted phone-shy renters into booked moves. We built a content-heavy lead-gen site customized exactly to the needs of the business.
The brief
Serenity moves about 5,000 households a year across all five boroughs and out to upstate New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and the Hamptons. Their differentiator is guaranteed flat-rate pricing, an instant Certificate of Insurance for NYC doorman buildings, and a zero-claim track record - but none of that comes across in 30 seconds on most movers' sites.
The brief was to make those proof points visible immediately, and to give people a frictionless way to start a quote without picking up the phone.
Approach

The standout module is a five-tab "Why Us" deep-dive - Pricing, COI, Logistics, Crew, Reputation - each tab opens into three sub-points. It lets the site go deep on differentiators without becoming a wall of text.
